Igor Paskov

Coach Igor has more than 40 years of coaching experience between the sports of diving, gymnastics and trampoline. He is a seasoned and respected figure in sport, and Dive Calgary is thrilled to have his expertise on our coaching roster.

Born and raised in the USSR, Igor was an age-group National champion before transitioning into coaching. Igor’s career began with eleven years at Sport Club Dynamo in Minsk, Belarus, where he honed his expertise in athlete development. During this time, he also earned a Master’s degree in Physical Education and Sport as well as a Massage Therapy Certificate to expand his knowledge of training and recovery techniques for athletes.

Seeking new challenges and opportunities, Igor moved with his family to Israel, where he broadened his experience in trampoline, gymnastics, and stunt work for film. In 2004, Igor’s passion for diving brought him to Canada, where he has since played a pivotal role in developing champions, including coaching bronze medallist Blythe Hartley at the 2008 Olympic Games.

Currently, Igor is a key part of Dive Calgary’s coaching team, working with High-Performance Junior athletes. His vast technical knowledge, combined with decades of experience, continues to shape the next generation of elite divers and coaches in our city.

Ashley Glessing

Coach Ashley has a track record of developing athletes from the grassroots level to national success with her technical expertise and her nurturing communication style. She is a dedicated and passionate leader in the sport of diving in Calgary and regularly advocates for diving with the MNP Community & Sport Centre, as well as grassroots programs at local facilities.

Tori McInnes

Coach Tori has 18 years of coaching experience at clubs in Alberta and British Columbia. She has been a driving force in shaping young athletes into high-performance divers with her strong work ethic and love of diving that were fundamental in her own decorated career as a diver in Canada.

Sasha Scholl

Coach Sasha grew up diving competitively in Winnipeg and started coaching Junior Development athletes in 2019. She has advanced athletes into the Provincial and National programs in Manitoba and is excited about a professional career in coaching.

Quinn Gariepy-Reagan

Coach Quinn began diving at Dive Calgary before moving to Saskatoon as a teenager. Quinn thrived through her age group career and had an impressive career that includes competing at the 2017 Canada Games, medaling at Junior and Senior Nationals, and representing Canada at the 2021 Junior Pan Am Games in Colombia.
